Our Trust partners are serving heads and executive head who support the collaborative work between geo-located schools. Trust Partners work at a ratio of 1:6 and are intended to support the evaluation of the school and 'add capacity' be that coaching and mentoring, brokering support and identifying talent or supporting policy implementation. Our Trust Partners are brokered from schools within and outside the Trust and provided with nationally recognised training to support their school improvement expertise.
